The Pràban na Linne Limited Distillery Project

Plans are coming together within the Gaelic Whiskies to establish a new distillery in the Sleat area on the Isle of Skye. Planning permission has been applied for to convert an old farm steading into what will be only the second distillery on the Island.

The distillery will provide connoisseurs with an added stop on the whisky trail, where they will witness the production of a brand new Skye single malt named ‘Torabhaig’.

The new distillery will prove beneficial in many ways for the Island, providing around 7 to 10 jobs in the distillery and visitor centre, and will help boost the economy of the Island as a whole, by attracting more tourists through increasing Skye’s impact as part of the whisky trail.
