The Christmas Spirit is delicious neat, but you could also try adding a generous dash to mulled cider with a slice of orange. For an indulgent dessert drizzle liberally over vanilla ice cream.

After several trial runs with our small test still we made our first full batch of fresh and floral sweet gin in March 2021. This mouthwatering spirit is redolent of wild hayfields, with fresh citrus notes and a lingering buttery richness.
